Bella Parade '13 : Post # 27
The last 3 posts... :(
Just two more after this one!!!
Today the household is full of energy! My little one is going on a trip with the school! He leaves early morning (6.30 ish) and returns late (10.00 pm ish). That just made me realize he's growing up too fast!!!
I packed all his bags yesterday itself, only his main lunch was to be cooked! So this one's going to be quick and not too many print choices! I might add some more tomorrow!
First up - yesterday's color : SPRAY! Was that a tough one? I did not get as many replies as I usually get!
And here's today's color
And here are the hints :
1. I may refer to : the early growth of a plant, the practice of germinating seeds, often for food purposes, a pencil-and-paper game, A pseudonym of author Michael Carroll or a 2009 young adult novel by Dale Peck
2. If you eat me, I am usually said to be rich in digestible energy, bioavailable vitamins, minerals, amino acids, proteins, and phytochemicals.
3. _ _ _ O U _

For the complementary scheme, I will pair it with Scarlet!
For the creative scheme, I went with the fresh theme and combined it with Emerald and Bright Turquoise
And here are just some of my favorite prints to go with this color. I will just post the pictures today - you can do a little bit of "search" with the name on FQS and find it easily!!!
What about you? What would you pair it with???
Would you like to win one yard of today's color?
Here's how to do that.
1. Mandatory entry. Guess the name of today's Color and leave a comment with the name.
2. For extra entries, you can post links to photos taken by you with the Color of the Day in it.
One entry per photo. You can enter as many as you want. They could be anywhere, your blog, Flickr, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram... Absolutely anywhere on the world wide web. The only condition is that IT MUST BE TAKEN BY YOU. If anyone is found to link to somebody else's photo, they will be banned from the event! To increase your chances to win, enter as many photos as you can. 1 comment per photo link.
Good luck & have a great day!!!

The color is Sprout and I would put it with Summerhome.
ReplyDeleteRegarding your lower number of entries yesterday....I follow your blog via GFC and have always seen your new posts on my dashboard. But the last 2 or 3 days they are not showing up and I have to go to your blog to see if there is an update, which there often is. I don't know of any changes I've made. Have you made any changes to your blog that might cause this? Just a thought.
Whether they show up on my dashboard or not, I come looking for the Bella Parade posts because I enjoy them and all the gorgeous fabrics you show. Thanks!
